Quick Outfit Post
Watched Repertory Phils' adaptation of 'EQUUS' last sunday. Dark play, great actors. Had this snapped before heading home.

"Guys, look at this! Look at my reflection! I'm tall!!!!!"
"Wow, you look slim!"
"You mean I don't look like that in real life?"
"Er...Sorry, no."We watched Iron Man 2 with friends last weekend and squeezed in a bit of shoe shopping while at it. Not for us, but for our guy friend. Gosh, men's shoes are massive! I could easily fit both my feet in a size 10.
We got a little obsessed with this huge mirror in Traffic. It was magical! I've never looked taller. Or slimmer, I was told. Pfft
I forgot what Ysa was wearing but I know that's a topshop bag. I'm wearing a very old --yet super comfy I'll never retire it!-- pair of jeans, a not-quite-as-old-but-old-nonetheless lace top, random black tank, leopard print purse from Greenhills and Nine West shoes. I know. When I go through the photos I, too, always wish I'd put in a bit more effort in dressing up. Le sigh. Maybe next time.
How's my hair though? I've found a solution for bad hair days: run a dollop of glue (I used Elmer's Glue!) through your tresses and viola, glossy, well-defined waves! It was an accident of course. I'd never purposely put GLUE(!!!) in my hair and I'll never do it again. I thought it a hair product, a really foul-smelling one.

When the most recent reincarnation of the skinny jeans broke into the scene I swore I'd never fall victim to it. I said the same thing about the leggings and I held out for a really, really long time. Fast-forward several years later most all my jeans are skinny and when I'm not wearing any of them chances are I'm in leggings.
Some time last year I also swore to never wear rompers and it's crazy sister, the jumpsuit after Ysa and I tried on identical pairs of rompers at Kamiseta (she got red and I got yellow) which I thought made us look like the Teletubies with slightly more whittled waistlines.
The trend has lasted longer than expected so I decided to give it another chance.
The jumpsuit is a relic from the 80s (my mom's) but the top part was originally this striped, 3/4 and poufy sleeved disaster that made me look fat. I cut it off and replaced it with a black, leotard-like tank. Vest from People are People; shoes from The Ramp.
I'm still never-ever wearing acid wash jeans!
